Let's design the home you've imagined.
Tell us about the space, how you live in it and roughly where the budget sits. We'll take it from there.

What happens after you get in touch
No obligation at any point, and nothing is designed until the numbers are agreed.
You get a reply, from a person
Usually the same day. Not an automated acknowledgement and not a brochure — a short conversation to understand what the space is, what stage it's at and roughly what you're working with.
We visit the space
There is very little we can tell you usefully without standing in the room. The visit is where we measure, look at what the building will allow, and talk about how you actually live — who cooks, where everyone gathers, what you've never had enough room for.
You see numbers before drawings
A transparent line-item budget with material options at each price point, so the design that follows is ambitious on paper and honest on site. If the number and the ambition don't meet, this is where we say so.
Then we design
2D layouts first, then 3D models and photo-real walkthroughs, with revisions built in. Nothing goes to site until you've signed off what you'll be getting.
Useful to have ready
A floor plan, if you have one
Even the builder's brochure plan is a useful starting point. If you do not have one, it is not a problem — we measure everything ourselves at the site visit. It just means the first conversation can be more specific if you do.
A rough sense of the budget
Not a precise figure, and we do not expect one. A range is enough to tell you honestly what is realistic and to stop us designing something that was never going to be affordable. This is a conversation people find awkward and it saves everyone time.
When you need it finished
A move-in date, a wedding, a family arriving — whatever the deadline is, it shapes the sequence and sometimes the specification. Tell us early and we will tell you whether it is achievable rather than discovering it is not in week ten.
How you actually live
The most valuable thing you can bring is honesty about the household: who cooks, how much you store, whether the formal room would ever get used, what has never worked in your current home. Photographs of what you like are welcome, but this matters more.
